Paul J. Small is an Associate Attorney at GLG-Law, where he focuses on real estate transactions, landlord-tenant litigation, fair housing defense, summary process cases, general liability defense, and estate planning and probate. He brings a broad litigation background and practical planning experience to the firm’s diverse client base.
Before joining GLG-Law, Paul practiced across several legal disciplines at Connecticut firms, including estate and trust litigation, personal injury, employment discrimination, workers’ compensation, and commercial construction disputes. His litigation work has spanned both state and federal courts.
Prior to entering private practice, Paul earned his law degree magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Before entering law, Paul served as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps for five years, including two combat deployments in Afghanistan, where he led over 100 patrols and coordinated joint operations with local Afghan forces. He continues to apply the leadership and operational focus developed during his military service to his legal practice.
